OVERVIEW

• The Bladium was the official training facility of the National Lacrosse League San Jose Stealth – 3 turf fields lined for lacrosse
• All West’s Box Lacrosse League is a fun & safe league designed to help players and coaches evolve and bond as a team in the offseason.  Besides being super fun box lacrosse is high scoring, up and down, fast-paced helping develop a player’s skill set in a tightly confined space.  
• Box reps will help improve players stick skills, shooting, defense, dodging, conditioning, stick protection and elements of the two-man game- both offensively and defensively. Indoor will enhance these skills that are completely transferable to your outdoor game!
• Indoor Lacrosse = Modified Box: NO cross checking or boarding.  Goalies do NOT wear Box equipment and stand up like they do when they play outdoor.  We use modified outdoor rules in an indoor setting.
• Most Box rules apply.  There is cross checking and goalies use box gear and stand in the crouched position. Boarding is NOT allowed for safety reasons. 

FORMAT

•  4 week season.  Each team plays 2 games each week culminating in a playoff on the final Sunday
• There will be two HS divisions: HS Varsity & HS Open. 8 teams per Division
• Minimum 10 players per team…15 players recommended
• All West Lacrosse recommends that all HS team contacts and coaches review CIF, CCS and NCS regulations pertaining to in-season and out-of-season competition

REGISTRATION

• TEAM PAID – 1 Coach or Team Contact representative will sign up online & pay the registration fee on behalf of their team. Then players can register by selecting their team name from the drop-down menu online – NO payment due & checking the box to sign the waiver.
