THINGS TO KNOW

• Suggested list of what to bring can be found on the FAQ page of our webiste under 'What to Bring' & is emailed prior to camp start
• Detailed check in/meeting point instructions sent via email prior to camp start
• Room mate requests can be requested during online registration until the cut off date of June 14 (room mates are grouped by age/location otherwise)

• Athletic trainer on site

EQUIPMENT

• Boys: Full gear/equipment required (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard & lacrosse stick)
• Girls: Eye protection, mouth guard and lacrosse stick required

OVERVIEW

• Located at one of the best and most beautiful training facilities in Northern California – great food, dorm rooms & campus
• Tailored for the Intermediate and Advanced player to get a ton of reps and take their game to the next level in a safe, competitive and fun environment (Players will be divided by age and ability)
• Staff consisting of some of the nation’s best coaches and college players
• Training philosophy using lacrosse as a vehicle to promote life-long values: Respect, Attitude, Effort (RAE), Teamwork, Discipline, Accountability, Leadership, Commitment

DAILY SCHEDULE

• Morning/Afternoon sessions: Focus on “Drills and Skills” which will enhance stick skills, dodging, defensive tactics, offensive strategies, unsettled situations, shooting etc.
• Evening sessions: Players will compete in full-field games where they apply the skills and techniques taught earlier in the day to game situations
• All meals are served on campus (except Lunch on Mon July 9 & Lunch on Thur July 12)
