overlooks Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean and is THE most amazing place to run a tournament on the planet

REGISTRATION & PLAYER WAIVERS 

There are 3 different registration options for this tournament: 

1.       TEAM REGISTRATION âÂ?Â? Register your team(s) for Coaches/Team Contacts.

Ã?·       Select your role as a STAFF MEMBER 

Ã?·       Select Coach or Team Contact  

Ã?·       Follow the prompts to create your Team/Team Name/Division etc 

Ã?·       Pay $500 non-refundable deposit or pay in full 

Ã?·       Accept waiver & complete Team Registration  

2.       PLAYER REGISTRATION & WAIVER *Can only occur once Team is registered

ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE/ACCEPT WAIVER CHECKBOX BY JULY 8. Any unwaivered 

players after this time will need parent/guardian onsite to complete paper waiver before their first 

game & pay $10 late charge.

your Child & register 

Ã?·       Select Team Player  

Ã?·       Select your Team Name from the drop down menu

Ã?·       Follow prompts to complete player information

Ã?·       Check the box at the end to accept conditions of PLAYER WAIVER

Ã?·       Complete process âÂ?Â? you will receive email confirmation once registered/waivered

Option 2: VIA �INVITE PLAYER� FUCTION FROM COACH/TEAM CONTACT

Please ask your Team�s registered Coach/Team Contact to:

Ã?·       Log into their account & use the 'INVITE PLAYER' function on their account dashboard

Ã?·       Scroll down to 'My Staff Assignments'. Click here for example. 

Ã?·       Click the Invite Player function & they can enter you & your team mateâÂ?Â?s email addresses

Ã?·       You will then be able to receive the registration link via email & follow the process of online 

registration

Ã?·       The waiver is a checkbox at the end of online registration

Ã?·       Complete process âÂ?Â? you will receive email confirmation once registered/waivered

3.  FREE AGENTS âÂ?Â? DonâÂ?Â?t have a team and still want to play? Some teams have players that are injured or 

can no longer attend so need more players at the last minute. We assign Free Agents by the Thursday 

before the tournament for any teams in need. You can register as a FREE AGENT by clicking here!
