• 8 non-consecutive sessions on Wednesdays from September 12 through November 7 EXCEPT Halloween October 31
• Rain Date: November 14 included for sessions cancelled due to rain
• Drop in players must email admin@allwestlax.com prior to attending session
• Walk up registrations will incur an additional administrative fee of $25

OVERVIEW

• Specialized training clinics designed for more serious and committed lacrosse players Intense 1 hour workout broken in to 3 (or more) 20 minute stations focusing on stick skills and individual play, conditioning and footwork, and small-sided games
• All West reinforces the culture of RAE (Respect Attitude Effort) at all of our programs
• Free tee-shirt for each player at end of season
