Folsom Indoor League schedule

• 8 consecutive sessions on Sundays from August 16 through October 11
• All players must have played at least one full spring season (No Beginners)
• Players should register for the division they will play in during the 2016 Spring season
• Age Divisions: U11, U13, U15 and HS
• All West Lacrosse recommends that all High School Team Contacts and Coaches review CIF, CCS and NCS regulations pertaining to in-season and out-of-season competition
• Full gear/equipment required
• No Drop in players allowed
• No rain dates
• Absolutely NO credits or refunds for this program including injury or illness

• AWL anticipates the program will sell out quickly! Registration is on a first come, first served basis

OVERVIEW

• The AWL Indoor League program provides players with the opportunity to work in the off season on their stick skills, shooting, defense, dodging, conditioning, stick protection, pick game and much much more
• NO cross checking or boarding - our main goal is to ensure that the program is safe, competitive and fun
• One Indoor Field for games and One outdoor Field for warm up
• Each session is 90 minutes in length - 30 minutes of warm up (outside field) followed by a one hour game (indoor field)
• Teams will be comprised of approximately 15-20 players each.  Last year we sold out multiple age divisions so REGISTER NOW!
• If the league fields multiple teams per age division AWL reserves the right to make roster trades to ensure parity
• Local Sacramento Club Representatives will assist All West to ensure parity among teams
