  • THURSDAYS: 7 non-consecutive sessions from November 29 – January 24
  • NO SESSIONS (Holiday Break) December 27th & January 3rd
  • Rain Date: January 31 included for sessions cancelled due to rain
  • There are no daily drop-ins for this program
  • Walk up registrations on the first day or thereafter will incur an additional administrative fee of $25

EQUIPMENT

  • Boys OR Girls lacrosse stick (no additional pads/equipment required)

OVERVIEW

  • Introduces the wonderful sport of lacrosse to players in a fun and safe environment
  • Opportunity to use lacrosse as a vehicle to teach life lessons: Respect, Attitude, Effort
  • Our coaches encourage each child so they build self-confidence and develop hand/eye coordination
  • Drills and games stress the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship
  • Fundamental stick work is developed: cradling, scooping, shooting and catching
  • FREE T-shirt for each player at the end of season
